MultiFunctions LLC is seeking motivated individuals with extra free time who want to earn income by helping promote our services and connect potential customers with our business.

This is not a full-time or traditional part-time position. Instead, it is a flexible opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy talking to others, creating marketing content, networking, and helping local businesses grow.

What This Role Looks Like

As a Marketing Representative, you may help promote MultiFunctions through:

- In-person conversations and networking

- Social media posts, graphics, flyers, and videos

- Sharing our services with individuals who may benefit from them

- Generating leads and referrals

- Answering basic questions about our services

- Directing interested customers to our booking system

Marketing content must be submitted through an approved company platform and reviewed by management before qualifying for compensation, commission, or official posting.

Schedule

- Fully flexible schedule

- No required work hours

- Work when it fits your availability

- Minimum of two (2) approved marketing campaigns every 30 days to remain active

- No guaranteed hours

Most representatives participate in their spare time while balancing school, work, family, or other commitments.

Compensation

Approved Content Payments

Representatives may earn:

- $5 per approved photo, graphic, flyer, advertisement, or similar promotional content

- $10 per approved video over 30 seconds

- Additional compensation may be available for specialized content at management discretion

Referral Commission

Representatives earn commission on completed and paid customer services generated through approved marketing efforts, referral codes, or verified referrals.

Performance Bonus

Representatives may earn a $100 Performance Bonus when:

- At least two (2) approved marketing campaigns are submitted within a 30-day period, and

- At least one (1) paying customer is directly generated through those marketing efforts

Retention Bonus

Representatives may earn a $100 Retention Bonus after:

- Six (6) consecutive months of active participation

- Remaining in good standing with the company

- Meeting minimum activity requirements during that period

Payment Schedule

- Payments are processed on the last Friday of each month

- Minimum payout threshold: $50

- Balances under $50 automatically carry over to the following month until the minimum threshold is reached

Income varies based on approved content submissions, referral activity, customer conversions, and overall performance.
