Marketing Representative / Content & Brand Coordinator

About Us

Turning Point Therapy Services is a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinic dedicated to providing high-quality services to children and families affected by autism. As we continue to expand and open new locations, we are looking for a creative, energetic, and organized Marketing Representative to help increase brand awareness, engage our community, and support our growth initiatives.

Position Overview

The Marketing Representative will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, developing educational resources for parents, and promoting our clinic's services and culture. This position is fully in-office and requires regular interaction with staff, clients, and leadership to capture content and build our brand presence.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys content creation, storytelling, social media marketing, and community outreach while making a meaningful impact in the autism and ABA field.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Capture professional photos and videos of clinic activities, staff, events, and therapy environments.
  • Create and publish content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop engaging posts, reels, stories, and educational content related to ABA therapy and autism support.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages as appropriate.

Blog & Educational Content

  • Research and write blog articles about ABA therapy, autism resources, parenting strategies, and developmental topics.
  • Create educational materials that provide value to parents and caregivers.
  • Stay current on ABA industry trends and relevant news to share with our audience.

Brand Development & Marketing

  • Support branding and promotional efforts for new clinic locations.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, community outreach events, and local partnerships.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Develop flyers, brochures, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.

Community Engagement

  • Promote clinic events, workshops, and parent training opportunities.
  • Build relationships with community organizations, schools, and referral sources.
  • Help increase community awareness of ABA services and our mission.

Analytics & Growth

  • Track social media performance and marketing metrics.
  • Provide recommendations for increasing engagement and brand visibility.
  • Assist leadership with strategies to grow clinic awareness and client referrals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization.
  • Strong photography and videography skills.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design/editing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in healthcare, education, behavioral health, or ABA services is a plus.

Required Skills

  • Video editing and content production experience.
  • SEO and blog-writing experience.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms.

Pay: $47,480.00 - $65,000.00 per year
