Marketing Representative - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary controller across events, exhibitions, marketing campaigns, digital media, and promotional activities.
• Promote and present luxury real estate projects to investors and buyers
• Enhance brand visibility through consistent representation in social media, property launches, and real estate events.
• Support lead generation and brand visibility initiatives
• Participate in promotional content and social media campaigns
• Provide insights on client preferences, buyer behavior, and communication styles for targeted markets.

Mandatory Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate, luxury sales, brand representation, or a similar client-facing role
• Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply
• Native or fluent in at least one of the following languages: Russian, German, French, or other major international languages
• Confident on-camera presence and comfortable participating in promotional content and campaigns.
• Ability to engage effectively with international clients
