Marketing Research Recruiter / Assistant

Duties

• Source, screen, and recruit participants for marketing research studies using various channels including social media management platforms
• Conduct outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, and relationship management to generate leads and secure participant engagement.
• Coordinate schedules, manage contracts, and facilitate onboarding processes for research participants.
• Assist in conducting initial study interviews, both virtual and in-person, ensuring a smooth experience for all.
• Support talent acquisition efforts by managing applicant pipelines, tracking recruitment metrics, and maintaining accurate records within ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Taleo.
