Job Title: Marketing & Revenue Assistant (Holiday Homes)
We are a holiday home management company seeking an experienced professional to join our team. If you have a background in hotels or holiday homes and are ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listing Management: Manage and optimize properties on Booking.com, Airbnb, and other portals.
- Revenue Operations: Update pricing using RMS based on market trends and generate monthly revenue reports.
- Guest & Team Communication: Handle guest communication, check-ins/outs, and coordinate with cleaning/ground teams.
- Regulatory Compliance: Manage and update property/guest details in the DTCM portal.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in the holiday home or hotel industry is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in booking portals, RMS/CRM systems, and advanced MS Excel.
- Core Competencies: Strong accounting skills and excellent command of written and spoken English.
