Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Sales Executive (Ground Sales) to promote our products/services through direct field marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on field sales experience, and the ability to generate and convert leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-ground sales and marketing activities to acquire new customers
• Visit potential clients, explain products/services, and close sales
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local marketing activities
• Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–7 years of experience in field sales / ground marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
