Kennedy Legal Services, LLC (DBA Kennedy Tax Solutions) has been actively involved in the tax controversy area of law for 30 years. We have assisted thousands of clients in solving their tax issue(s) with federal and state taxing agencies. We believe every tax problem has a solution; a solution that allows our clients the opportunity to conclude on the tax issues they once believed were unsolvable. We address complex tax issues on the state and federal level, with creative solutions designed to quickly and efficiently solve the client’s tax issue(s). Our practice is a blend of tax, law and accounting services.

We are located in Prescott and the position will require you to be in person at our office.

Your role:

As our Marketing/Sales, you’ll provide vital support to our Leadership Team and assist the Firm’s coordinated efforts to brand, market and ultimately sell our legal and tax services to our clients. You’ll develop and implement marketing/sales services for the profitable long-term growth of the business that's in alignment with our vision, our values and our brand.

What you'll do:

  • Develop, implement and execute marketing/sales activities including branding, social media, website, YouTube videos and SEO
  • Empathetically contact potential new clients and work first to hear their concerns and then to obtain key financial and tax issue information
  • Discuss prospective client's information with paralegal to determine the suitability with the target market of the firm
  • Following engagement of the client, assist office manager and staff with necessary client document exchange and follow-up contact to client as needed
  • Assist third-party vendors with the production of marketing materials
  • Evaluate marketing/sales data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor marketing performance, return on investment and to analyze trends
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional; participating in professional organizations
  • Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency

What you'll need:

  • High technical skills with hardware and software.
  • Five years office experience in law, finance, insurance or accounting preferred.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • United States residency and eligibility to work in the United States.
