Role Overview

We are seeking a Freelance Marketing & Sales Executive with minimum 2 years of proven UAE market experience to support client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth. This role requires strong commercial, documentation, and presentation skills, including the ability to manage client proposals, reports, contracts, and influencer collaborations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients for Bay Media services
  • Pitch agency services including branding, digital marketing, content production, paid media, and influencer marketing
  • Conduct client meetings (online and in-person) and manage follow-ups
  • Negotiate pricing, scopes, and commercial terms
  • Close deals and meet agreed revenue targets

Marketing & Commercial Documentation

  • Prepare professional proposals, sales decks, and presentations for clients and brands
  • Create and maintain reports (sales reports, campaign summaries, performance overviews)
  • Assist in drafting and coordinating contracts and agreements between:
  • Bay Media and clients
  • Brands and influencers
  • Service providers and partners
  • Ensure clarity of scope, deliverables, timelines, and commercials

Influencer & Brand Coordination

  • Support influencer marketing deals, including brand–influencer matching
  • Coordinate communication between brands, influencers, and internal teams
  • Assist in defining deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and reporting for influencer campaigns

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact during the sales and onboarding phase
  • Ensure smooth handover to internal delivery teams after deal closure
  • Build long-term client relationships and support renewals, upselling, and cross-selling

RequirementsMandatory

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing and/or sales experience in the UAE
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai agency and influencer market
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Existing network of business owners, founders, brands, or decision-makers in Dubai

Professional Skills

  • Strong skills in creating reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Experience handling contracts, agreements, and service documentation
  • Ability to structure and explain services clearly to clients and brands
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)

  • Freelance / Commission-Based Position
