Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven candidate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships. We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Account Manager who can combine professionalism with creativity to support our marketing efforts and strengthen client relationships in the Cincinnati area.
You will leverage your expertise in negotiation, business development, and management to foster long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through warm calling and networking, while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that align with sales goals.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Provide sales support by understanding product offerings and effectively communicating their value to clients.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts while ensuring mutual benefit and satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for management review.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $45,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
