Marketing & Sales Analyst & Administrator (Part-Time, Contract)
Location: On-site, 3 days per week – SuperGraphics Office (Seattle, WA)
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Type: Part-Time Contract (with potential to grow into full-time based on performance)
Position Overview
SuperGraphics is seeking a highly detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Analyst & Administrator to support both the Marketing and Sales teams. This is an entry-level, part-time contract role designed for someone early in their career who is eager to grow in a data-driven marketing and sales environment. This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing but functions as a shared resource between Marketing and Sales, and will often have direction from the Head of Sales.
The ultimate goal of this role is to enable the sales team to make informed, data-backed decisions that drive more leads, opportunities, and customers for SuperGraphics. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, tech-fluent, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. There is strong potential for this role to expand into a full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Data & Platform Management
● Manage and maintain data across sales and marketing platforms
● Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency across systems
● Maintain and monitor data connections and workflows between platforms
Reporting & Analysis
● Generate recurring marketing and sales performance reports with exceptional attention to detail
● Analyze marketing and sales data to identify potential sales opportunities based on criteria provided by Marketing and Sales team leads
● Research prospects and assign new leads into automated marketing campaigns
● Support pipeline visibility and performance tracking through clear, structured reporting
Sales & Marketing Support
● Provide administrative support to sales representatives and marketing team members across campaigns, outreach efforts, and internal initiatives
● Assist in organizing and maintaining sales materials and marketing assets
● Create and edit sales enablement materials including pitch decks, sell sheets, and other customer-facing documents
Qualifications Required:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
● Minimum of 1 year of professional experience (internships included)
● Advanced attention to detail and strong organizational skills
● Experience working in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
● Comfort learning and navigating new software tools quickly
● Professionalism in a workplace environment
● Coachable and receptive to feedback
● Self-motivated and capable of working independently
● Ability to manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities Preferred
● Experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, design or analytics tools such as GA4, Canva, Smartsheet, Pace, PlanProphet, Dealfront, and Instantly.ai
● Beginner graphic design skills and basic understanding of brand guidelines
● Basic understanding of marketing funnels and sales pipelines
● Interest in growing into a broader marketing or sales operations role
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.40 - $25.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Seattle, WA 98134
