Marketing Sales Closer

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Closer to join our outbound marketing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to convert qualified leads generated through cold calling campaigns into paying clients.

The Sales Closer will speak with business owners who have already been contacted by our outreach team and present our digital marketing services, including:

• Google Business Profile SEO
• Website SEO
• Social Media Marketing
• Local SEO services

The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and experienced in closing deals over the phone or through virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls with qualified prospects generated from cold calling campaigns
• Present and explain digital marketing services to business owners
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate marketing solutions
• Handle objections and negotiate pricing when necessary
• Close deals and secure signed agreements
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities
• Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest
• Work closely with the outreach and marketing teams to improve conversion rates

Daily Activities

• Speak with pre-qualified leads from the cold calling team
• Conduct phone or Zoom consultations
• Send proposals and close deals
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Track pipeline and deals

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales closing or high-ticket sales
• Experience selling marketing or digital services (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence speaking with business owners and decision makers
• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Experience using CRM tools is a plus

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
