We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Sales Coordinator to support the marketing and sales teams in executing campaigns, managing leads, and coordinating daily sales activities. The ideal candidate will help bridge marketing efforts with sales execution to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and support sales initiatives
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
- Track leads, sales activities, and customer data in CRM systems
- Support the sales team with scheduling, reporting, and follow-ups
- Analyze marketing and sales performance data and prepare reports
- Manage promotional events, trade shows, and product launches
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
- Handle customer inquiries and support sales conversions
- Maintain marketing databases, content calendars, and inventories
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales support (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic marketing platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
