We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Excellence Executive to work at our Headquarters in Maslak.
The candidate applying for this position should have the following qualifications:

Graduates from Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, etc.

At least 5 years of experience in the field

Fluent written and spoken English

Preferably experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a collaborative approach

Able to adapt quickly to changing conditions and have the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities of this Position:

Using data from various sources, monitor Marketing and Sales business results through detailed analysis, generate insights, and share these with internal customers. To ensure that TTT, Regional Managers, and Promotion Managers can work more effectively and efficiently, and that field performance is monitored in the most effective way, identify their needs; define processes to address these needs; design, install, provide training, monitor, and report systems; generate insights from the reported data, provide continuous feedback to the units in need, and provide consulting services.

Conduct field visits to monitor the effective and efficient use of all systems, attend meetings, and provide feedback to relevant managers.

Support marketing teams in generating insights using market research methods.

Take an active role in marketing planning processes through insight-driven analysis.

Take an active role in the research and analysis stages of new product feasibility studies.

Monitoring Marketing and Sales business results through detailed analysis and generating insights using data from various sources. Regularly sharing analysis and insight results with relevant internal customers.

Designing, monitoring, and managing Sales Effectiveness processes such as Bonus, Target, and Segmentation based on the company's strategic priorities.

Planning training on analysis processes and data access tools used within the department, creating and improving processes, and designing and implementing system content.

Orientation Training for Promotion Managers and Regional Managers: Planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and protecting data on the technical aspects of the orientation program published for Regional Managers and Promotion Managers (sales activity training).

Performing other duties assigned by managers and/or the company to their departments and/or related departments as necessary to meet the requirements of the job.
