The Executive will be responsible for meeting potential buyers, understanding their requirements, presenting the project, and converting inquiries into site visits and bookings. This is a client-facing role that demands strong communication and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to leads from Meta ads, WhatsApp, website, and referrals.
- Call and qualify leads, understand budgets and requirements.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective clients.
- Explain project features, specifications, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
- Maintain strong follow-up through WhatsApp, calls, and emails.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Update CRM/lead sheets and track daily performance.
- Coordinate with documentation/technical team for customer queries.
- Support sales events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and presentation ability.
- Professional appearance; customer-friendly.
- Basic understanding of real estate is a bonus.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.
- Two-wheeler license preferred.
