The Executive will be responsible for meeting potential buyers, understanding their requirements, presenting the project, and converting inquiries into site visits and bookings. This is a client-facing role that demands strong communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to leads from Meta ads, WhatsApp, website, and referrals.
  • Call and qualify leads, understand budgets and requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective clients.
  • Explain project features, specifications, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Maintain strong follow-up through WhatsApp, calls, and emails.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Update CRM/lead sheets and track daily performance.
  • Coordinate with documentation/technical team for customer queries.
  • Support sales events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and presentation ability.
  • Professional appearance; customer-friendly.
  • Basic understanding of real estate is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.
  • Two-wheeler license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
