Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Marketing / Sales Executive (Fresher) to support lead generation, client coordination, and sales activities. The role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and referrals
• Assist in sales presentations and client meetings
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain lead records
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and documentation
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Maintain CRM and prepare basic sales reports

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of marketing and sales concepts
• Willingness to learn and take ownership
• Comfortable with MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and calling
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

Preferred Skills

• Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
• Basic digital marketing knowledge is an advantage
• Field visits and client interaction readiness

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,883.67 per month
