Marketing & Sales Executive (Paid Internship)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sales Intern to join our growing team. This is a paid internship designed for individuals who are eager to learn the ropes of business development, digital marketing, and client acquisition. You will work closely with our senior team to execute strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Researching and identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
• Outreach: Engaging with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to pitch our services.
• Content Support: Assisting in the creation of marketing materials and social media content.
• Market Research: Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintaining CRM databases and preparing weekly sales reports.
• Customer Support: Handling basic inquiries and providing excellent service to potential leads.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Recent Graduate or final year student in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Urdu).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Canva.
• A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and meet targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
