Marketing Sales (Female Only)

About the Role

Desire Homes is hiring a confident and experienced Sales Girl to handle customer interactions, guide clients, and close sales effectively. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in furniture, real estate, or a well-established company, with strong communication and selling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in clients professionally.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Give presentations, explain features, and handle client queries.
• Maintain showroom standards and ensure displays are well-organized.
• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and closed deals.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management for daily tasks.

Requirements

• Female candidates only (if you want to specify—optional).
• Minimum 1 year experience in furniture, real estate, or any reputable/high-level company.
• Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
• Presentable personality and customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp communication.
