Job Title: State Head – Sales & Marketing
Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic State Head – Sales & Marketing to lead and drive sales operations across major regions in India. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, proven experience in managing large territories, and a deep understanding of building materials or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sales operations within the assigned state or region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of sales and marketing plans.
  • Prepare and review sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Drive digital sales initiatives and ensure effective CRM utilization (e.g., Salesforce).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in Building Materials or allied industries.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-regional or pan-India sales teams.

Desirable Skills:

  • Expertise in digital sales and marketing tools.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to manage and motivate large, diverse teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

  • Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • B2B sales: 8 years (Preferred)
  • Revenue management: 8 years (Preferred)
  • Business management: 8 years (Preferred)
  • Lead generation: 8 years (Preferred)
