Job Description – Sales Head
Department: Business Development & Operations
Location: Jaipur Branch / Kota Headquarters
Reporting To: CEO & Founder
Type: Full-Time | On-site
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer
- base.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Inside Sales Team.
- Identify and onboard hospitals, clinics, and institutional buyers in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and vendor teams to optimize sales performance.
- Develop partnerships with medical manufacturers and suppliers for category expansion.
- Set and track monthly revenue, onboarding, and conversion targets.
- Conduct sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management through CRM.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospital decision-makers.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales talent under HR supervision.RequirementsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Management
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B or Healthcare Sales (medical disposables/equipment/pharma preferred)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement systems and institutional sales
