Position: Marketing & Sales Manager

Total Compensation: Up to $200,000 per year

Base: $120,000 per year

Bonus: up to $80,000 per year (paid per Qtr)

Areas of Responsibility :

  • Manager Outreach and Marketing Teams

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Long-Term senior manager to lead our facility’s marketing and census development efforts. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive referrals, increase admissions, and enhance community engagement.

Key Functions:

  • Strategic Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong referral partnerships with inpatient psychiatric and detox facilities, hospitals, primary care providers, and other key stakeholders in the behavioral health network.

  • Community Outreach & Business Development:

Lead local outreach initiatives to grow our referral base, including in-person meetings, presentations, and community engagement. Identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen our footprint within the local healthcare and behavioral health community.

  • Digital & Online Marketing Oversight:

Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies—including paid ads, SEO, social media, and content marketing—with a goal of enhancing brand awareness and increasing inquiries from prospective clients and referral partners.

  • Team Collaboration:

Work closely with executive leadership, admissions, and clinical staff to align marketing efforts with operational goals and patient needs. Provide regular reporting and insight into referral trends and marketing performance.

  • Brand Development:

Help shape and elevate the company’s brand identity across all channels, ensuring our mission and clinical excellence are effectively communicated.

Requirements:


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience ( 3 + years preferred) in Online marketing + business development leadership role in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare.
  • Strong network and experience working directly with inpatient psychiatric or detox hospitals.
  • Demonstrated success in building strategic referral relationships and community engagement.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns, CRM tools, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
