We are expanding our operations in Dubai and looking for an experienced, high-performance Sales Manager to lead our sales team with precision, discipline, and a strong target-driven mindset.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate manages the entire sales team, drives strong revenue growth, and maintains a confident leadership style. This role requires advanced communication skills, strong sales strategy knowledge, and the ability to consistently achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Dubai sales team
• Build and implement strong sales strategies for digital marketing products
• Maintain high-level sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Train, guide, and motivate the sales team
• Create powerful presentations and represent the company in client meetings
• Strengthen client relations with confident and professional communication
• Monitor KPIs, pipelines, and performance metrics with disciplined execution

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management
• Strong communication and advanced English speaking skills
• Ability to achieve targets with consistent high performance
