Heavyweight Waste – South Philadelphia & Delaware

We are looking for a motivated, driven, and energetic individual to help grow our business through marketing, sales, relationship building, and business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Help grow and expand the business across South Philadelphia and Delaware
• Generate leads and build new customer relationships
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives
• Meet with local businesses, contractors, property managers, and commercial customers
• Represent the company professionally in the community
• Assist ownership with growth strategy and business development efforts
• Help establish Heavyweight Waste as a leading local waste solutions provider

Compensation

• Base Salary: $40,000 – $70,000
• Commission + performance incentives
• Well-compensated opportunity with strong earning potential
• Training provided
• Monday–Friday schedule
