The Role

We are seeking a highly driven Marketing & Sales Specialist to lead all commercial and marketing operations for our marketplace launch and growth. This hybrid role combines strategic marketing execution with hands-on sales and vendor partnership management.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and marketplace sales, capable of driving both customer acquisition and supplier engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Vendor Management

Source and onboard product suppliers, service providers, and brand partners.

Build and manage supplier pipelines across MENA and international markets.

Develop and execute marketplace sales strategies and category growth plans.

Negotiate supplier agreements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Track, analyze, and optimize sales performance and revenue growth.

Marketing & Brand Development

Plan and execute pre-launch, launch, and post-launch marketing campaigns.

Develop digital strategies including SEO/SEM, paid media, influencer marketing, and email marketing.

Manage social media presence and content aligned with brand identity.

Drive user acquisition and retention through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Oversee PR, brand collaborations, and digital partnerships.

Monitor performance metrics across all marketing channels and provide insights.

Key Qualifications

3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace sales.

Proven success in both vendor management and digital campaign execution.

Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, category management, and user growth funnels.

Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and CRM tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Experience with leading platforms such as Amazon, Noon, or Shopify is highly desirable.

Arabic native is most ,Excellent in English
