Marketing Secretary & Business Development Executive

We are seeking a strong, mature, and result-driven female professional to take complete ownership of sales and business development for our company.

This is not a support or clerical marketing role.

This position reports directly to the CEO and carries full responsibility for revenue generation.

If you can sell, close, negotiate, and grow business, this role gives you authority, incentives, and long-term leadership opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate new business and revive sales

· Convert leads into confirmed projects

· Handle client meetings, negotiations, and closures

· Lead follow-ups, proposals, and deal coordination

· Represent the company professionally with authority

· Maintain sales pipeline and reporting to CEO

Eligibility (Strict)

· Female candidates preferred

· Minimum 4–8 years experience in sales / business development

· Proven deal-closing ability (mandatory)

· Strong communication & negotiation skills

· Comfortable with targets and performance-based income

· Mature, disciplined, and independent

Compensation

· Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

· Incentive: 5% of total sales every quarter

· No upper limit on incentives

· High performers earn significantly more than fixed pay
