About Us:

Taradevi's Enclave is promoted by a set of investors / first gen entrepreneurs who all are ex-corporate professionals/bankers. Promoters have curated many sites in Shimla and other parts of North India with aggregate development potential of ~ 40 lac sq ft. We are targeting a new launch every 6 months with Taradevi's Enclave being one of them. We are building team, across verticals and levels, in accordance with these targets.

Job Summary:

Location: Noida / Gurgaon

We are looking for a result-oriented Marketing Lead / Senior Marketing Manager with hands-on expertise in offline marketing channels to strengthen brand positioning and generate high-quality walk-ins and enquiries for our real estate projects, especially in the vacation homes segment.

Requirements:

• Extensive exposure in non-digital marketing activities including outdoor advertising, print media, mall activations, events, exhibitions, kiosks, road campaigns, partnerships, and ATL/BTL initiatives
• Experience in real estate marketing preferred (vacation homes exposure will be an advantage)
• Proven ability to manage marketing agencies, printers, media buyers, and other vendors
• Skilled in campaign planning, budgeting, execution, and performance analysis
• Strong negotiation and coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and rollout offline marketing strategies to boost project visibility
• Oversee onsite activations, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events
• Execute outdoor branding, print placements, and media tie-ups
• Control marketing spends and evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Work closely with sales operations to align lead generation goals

Salary:

CTC ₹12 – ₹30 Lacs per annum (based on experience & performance)
