About Us:

Taradevi's Enclave is promoted by a set of investors / first gen entrepreneurs who all are ex-corporate professionals/bankers. Promoters have curated many sites in Shimla and other parts of North India with aggregate development potential of ~ 40 lac sq ft. We are targeting a new launch every 6 months with Taradevi's Enclave being one of them. We are building team, across verticals and levels, in accordance with these targets.

Job Summary:

Location: Noida / Gurgaon

We are seeking an experienced Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager with strong exposure to non-digital (offline) marketing channels to lead brand promotions and drive high-quality lead generation for our real estate projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in offline / non-digital marketing (print, outdoor, events, kiosks, exhibitions, roadshows, partnerships, ATL / BTL campaigns, etc.)
• Real estate experience preferred (vacation homes background a plus)
• Strong vendor management & campaign execution skills
• Excellent planning, negotiation, and budgeting abilities
• Ability to conceptualize and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing campaigns across multiple cities
• Handle media buying, print ads, outdoor branding, events & exhibitions
• Manage vendor relationships and marketing budgets
• Track campaign ROI and lead conversion quality
• Coordinate closely with sales teams to meet business objectives

Salary:

₹12 – ₹30 Lacs per annum (based on experience & performance)
