Marketing Senior Specialist/Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

TAB Food Industry and Trade. Inc. It was established in 1994 and opened its first BURGER KING restaurant in Istanbul in 1995. Today, TAB Gıda is the leader in the sector with the number of restaurants and customer volume it has opened. TAB Gıda is increasing its effectiveness day by day with the brands Sbarro, Popeyes, Arby's, Subway, which it incorporated after Burger King, and the Usta Dönerci and Usta Pideci brands it created.

We are looking for a "Marketing Senior Specialist/Specialist" with the following qualifications to be employed in the Marketing Department of our company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Developing and implementing marketing&communication plan for All Brands (including strategic planning, brand positioning, promotions and advertisements)
• Leading brands’ ATL & BTL communication activities and managing 3rd party relations
• Leading the innovation plans in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders
• Managing the market budget efficiently
• Managing market and consumer researches, analysing the outputs and turn in to action plan
• Identifying growth opportunities for both brands by analyzing sales and trends

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing with end-to-end brand communication
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Analytical skills and creative mindset
• Knowledge of market and consumer research, marketing budget and P&L
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office programs, especially excel
• Experience in media buying and planning
• Experience in working with 3rd parties and marketing agencies
• Familiar with cross-functional dynamics
• Being a team-player and having strong collaboration skills
