You will manage our websites, develop SEO frameworks, implement analytics for deep insights, execute growth campaigns, and drive consistent inbound pipeline for our portfolio of brands.

This is a high-impact role with autonomy, creative ownership, and room to build something exceptional from the ground up.

Responsibilities: SEO & Content Strategy

  • Build and manage content calendars
  • Optimize pages for rankings, click-through rate, conversion rate, and user intent
  • Manage metadata, structured data, internal linking, site architecture, and crawl environment
  • Partner with designers and writers to ensure content quality and brand alignment

Website & Digital Experience

  • Oversee hosting, site performance, security, and uptime
  • Improve site speed, core web vitals, mobile responsiveness, and user pathways
  • Deploy and manage landing pages, funnels, and location-specific microsites

  • Build dashboards to measure acquisition, engagement, and ROI
  • Set up and track conversion events, attribution models, and cohort behavior
  • Own CRM and marketing automation integrations
  • Conduct funnel diagnostics, customer insights, and growth experiments

Paid Growth & Campaign Execution

  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging
  • Build campaign structures, optimize bidding, and manage budgets
  • Track CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention metrics

Brand & Communications

  • Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Develop email marketing flows, newsletters, and drip campaigns
  • Collaborate on social media strategy and engagement
  • Support content creation for blogs, guides, video scripts, ads, and more

QualificationsRequired

  • 4+ years experience in digital marketing or SEO operations
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable growth across multiple marketing channels
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge (site audits, crawlability, schema, CWV, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
  • Proficiency with GA4, GSC, GTM, Tagging, UTM strategy, and data interpretation
  • Experience building and optimizing landing pages and funnels
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and execute quickly in a dynamic environment

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or multi-location service environments
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code website tools (Webflow, WordPress, Hostinger, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Klaviyo)
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, schema markup, and technical troubleshooting
  • Experience building SEO-driven content playbooks for multi-site brands
