We are looking for a hands-on marketer with strong WordPress/Divi and SEO experience who can own our marketing presence and drive measurable growth through organic channels.
Summary
We are seeking a Marketing & SEO Website Manager to lead our organic growth initiatives and manage our WordPress site (Divi). This role will oversee SEO strategy, site optimization, content publishing, landing-page builds, blog output, analytics, and light graphic/content layout. The ideal candidate is part strategist, part builder and is able to plan and execute with minimal hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities
Website Ownership – WordPress / Divi
- Manage and update website content: pages, blog posts, CTAs
- Build and update new landing pages in Divi
- Improve UX, readability, and calls-to-action
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility
- Maintain site organization and structure
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Lead full SEO lifecycle: research, execution, measurement
- Conduct keyword and competitor research
- Create and update metadata, schema, internal linking
- Improve technical SEO (with development support as needed)
- Build backlink strategy and partnerships
- Use GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools to monitor performance
Content & Thought Leadership
- Build content calendar and manage production
- Draft or edit blogs, announcements, landing pages, case studies
- Partner with SMEs for topic development
Conversion & Funnel Optimization
- Continuously improve website conversion paths
- Build and iterate landing pages for events and campaigns
- Collaborate with sales to refine top-of-funnel messaging
Brand Awareness & Presence
- Manage LinkedIn posting cadence
- Publish case studies and customer stories
- Coordinate web updates for conferences and campaigns
- Maintain consistent voice and tone
Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain dashboards (GA4, Search Console, HubSpot)
- Track key metrics: traffic, rankings, conversions
- Present improvement recommendations monthly
Qualifications
Required
- 3–6+ years of digital marketing experience
- Strong SEO experience (strategy and execution)
- Strong WordPress experience (Divi strongly preferred)
- Ability to design, build, and edit website pages and blog posts
- Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Search Console
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Basic image/layout editing (Canva, Figma, or Divi modules)
- Comfortable working independently and owning results

Compensation
$75,000–$85,000 annual salary range (varies based on experience and location)
