eG Innovations is a global leader in IT performance monitoring and digital experience management. We have teams across the US, Europe and Asia with local teams in 17 countries and customers in over 40 countries. As we expand our centralized marketing operations from India, we are seeking a hands-on Marketing Services Head to lead this transformation. This role will anchor all global marketing services-content, campaigns, design, digital, and analytics-from India, with Chennai as the preferred hub.
You will lead a high-performance team that partners with country-specific marketing leads to deliver culturally relevant, brand-consistent marketing across geographies. This is a strategic role that blends global coordination with local execution, requiring deep operational expertise, creative agility, and stakeholder empathy.
Strategic Leadership- Scale a centralized marketing services hub in India to support global operations
- Translate global marketing strategy into localized execution plans across content, campaigns, and digital assets
- Collaborate with country-level marketing leads to ensure relevance, resonance, and responsiveness in each market
Team s Vendor Management- Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team (content, design, digital, analytics) in India
- Manage external vendors and freelancers to supplement internal capabilities
- Ensure quality, speed, and cost-efficiency across all deliverables
Global Coordination- Act as the operational bridge between global leadership and local marketing teams in the US, Europe and APAC
- Consolidate local insights into actionable briefs for the India-based execution team
- Maintain a unified campaign calendar and ensure timely delivery across time zones
Operational Excellence- Implement marketing automation, workflow optimization, and performance tracking systems
- Be responsible for driving leads through different initiatives including SEO and PPC optimization, webinars, email campaigns and so on
- Drive continuous improvement in campaign ROI, lead generation, and brand visibility
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, data privacy norms, and regional regulations
Qualifications & Experience- 10+ years leading marketing operations, brand management, and digital campaign execution in B2B environments
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a global or multi-country setup
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, content workflows, and campaign analytics
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
