We’re seeking a passionate, organized, and creative **Marketing & Social Media Coordinator** to elevate our brand across digital and physical platforms. This in-person role supports both strategic marketing initiatives and day-to-day content creation, working closely with our Operations and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal marketing campaigns, promotions, and packages tailored to diverse audiences
- Create and manage content (photo, video, copy) for 12 restaurant social media accounts, websites, and email newsletters
- Update menus and digital assets across platforms
- Assist with photography and video shoots to showcase food, ambiance, and guest experiences
- Design marketing materials (print, digital, and video) for in-house and external use
- Monitor and analyze social media and campaign performance using analytics tools
- Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and brand guidelines
- Coordinate with local tourism boards, influencers, and media outlets to boost visibility
- Support planning and promotion of on-site events
- Communicate key updates and insights to upper management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing or social media management, preferably in hospitality
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Photography and/or videography experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems, booking platforms, and social media tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication via email and phone
- Must have own transportation and be able to commute to Savannah, GA
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
- Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and reputation management
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills (a plus)
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
