We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This paid role offers an exciting opportunity to craft compelling content, engage with our community, and develop innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite applications including Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software to enhance content quality
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities, leveraging insights for strategic planning
• Manage content creation efforts by writing compelling copy, proofreading for accuracy, and ensuring consistent branding across all channels
• Implement SEO strategies through keyword research and web analytics tools like Google Analytics to optimize online visibility
• Coordinate public relations initiatives to foster positive community engagement and relationship management with media outlets and partners
• Oversee social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads to increase reach and engagement for targeted audiences

Experience

• Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software for content creation and editing
• Familiarity with social media management tools
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools including Google Analytics
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation
