Marketing & Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time)

About the Role

UniTriTeam is growing and we are looking for a creative, driven Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to own our marketing presence on a part-time basis. This is not a support role — you will be the person responsible for UniTriTeam's marketing. You will own the content strategy, creation, and execution across our social media channels, video content, and event presence.

You will work closely with our graphic designer for design assets and coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals, but the marketing vision, content ideas, and day-to-day execution are yours to drive. We are looking for someone experienced, proactive, and ready to elevate our brand as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Ownership

• Own all marketing content for UniTriTeam — you are responsible for ideating, writing, and producing content across all channels
• Develop a consistent content calendar with 2–3 posts per week, planned well in advance and approved by internal stakeholders
• Write compelling, on-brand copy and captions that engage our audience and reflect UniTriTeam's voice
• Bring fresh ideas, campaigns, and creative angles to the table proactively — we want someone who thinks strategically, not just executes
• Coordinate with our graphic designer for visual assets; you direct the creative brief, they execute the design

Video & Reels Production

• Create short-form video content including Instagram Reels, TikTok-style content, and other video formats to drive engagement and growth
• Utilise HeyGen, our AI video creation tool, to produce and edit Reels; prior experience with HeyGen is a plus, though training can be provided
• Develop video content ideas that showcase the UniTriTeam brand, community, events, and products in an engaging and authentic way
• Stay current on video trends and formats to keep our content fresh and relevant

Social Media Management

• Manage and publish content across all UniTriTeam social media platforms
• Actively engage with our community — respond to comments and messages, interact with relevant accounts, and grow our presence through meaningful engagement
• Go beyond posting: champion the brand online, hype up our content, and foster community interaction
• Monitor performance metrics and share regular updates on what is working and opportunities to improve

Tradeshow & Event Support

• Coordinate UniTriTeam's presence at tradeshows and industry events, including logistics, scheduling, and communication
• Create and manage all tradeshow marketing materials including signage, handouts, presentations, and digital content
• Source and coordinate branded merchandise and promotional items for events
• Capture and repurpose event content for social media and marketing campaigns before, during, and after each event

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and content creation
• Strong copywriting skills across platforms and formats
• Demonstrated ability to create or coordinate short-form video content, particularly Instagram Reels
• Experience with tradeshow coordination or event marketing is a strong plus
• A strategic, creative thinker who takes ownership and brings ideas without being prompted
• Highly organised, self-directed, and reliable — you manage your own time and hit deadlines
• Comfortable working independently within a small, growing team
• Part-time availability of 10–15 hours per week
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, Canva, HeyGen, or basic video editing tools is an advantage
