We’re Hiring: Marketing & Social Media Growth Specialist

Agronomics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, strategy-driven marketing professional who can help us grow our digital presence, strengthen our brand, and communicate our mission of building AI-powered, climate-smart agriculture solutions for Pakistan and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
• Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Create engaging content around precision agriculture, AI-powered farming, smart soil sensors, crop advisory, climate-smart agriculture, marketplace solutions, and farmer empowerment.
• Design social media posts, banners, reel concepts, carousels, and campaign visuals.
• Track current digital marketing trends and apply them to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Plan seasonal campaigns aligned with crop cycles, farmer needs, shopkeeper onboarding, and supplier partnerships.
• Support WhatsApp referral campaigns, digital onboarding, community promotions, and field marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, events, webinars, investor communication, and partnership campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice focused on innovation, trust, sustainability, farmer profitability, and digital agriculture.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy and social media marketing.
• Hands-on graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Ability to write captions, ad copy, campaign messages, and LinkedIn posts.
• Understanding of paid ads, organic growth, content calendars, and trend-based marketing.
• Good communication, planning, and management skills.
• Ability to work independently and bring fresh creative ideas.
• A portfolio of social media posts, designs, or campaigns is preferred.
