What You’ll Do

Social & Content Strategy

  • Plan and manage our TikTok & Instagram content calendar (Reels, Lives, Stories, Trends)
  • Manage content for UGC-style videos, behind-the-scenes, and product content (Billo, AI, iPhone, CapCut, Sora, etc.)
  • Write hooks, captions, and CTA copy optimized for scroll-stopping performance
  • Collaborate with creative + photo teams to plan photoshoots, seasonal launches, and branded campaigns
  • Analyze performance and optimize based on KPIs: engagement, reach, saves, and CTR

Influencers + Affiliate Management

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage paid and gifted influencer partnerships
  • Track performance: UGC volume, sales attribution, CPA, affiliate ROI
  • Manage Shopify Collabs platform + codes
  • Build and manage a community of creators, ambassadors, and affiliate partners
  • Manage and write SEO driven blog posts

Paid Media & Growth

  • Assist with TikTok Shop Ads, Meta, and Google Ad campaigns
  • Create briefs for UGC + AI-generated ad content (ChatGPT, Sora, Nano Banana, etc.)
  • Collaborate with performance agency or freelancer on audience testing, optimization, and ROAS scaling
  • Understand and report on metrics like CAC, LTV, AOV, and blended ROAS

Website & Launch Coordination

  • Upload new SKUs to Shopify, optimize PDP copy, tags, and upsells
  • Coordinate launch timelines across email/SMS/social/ad teams
  • Maintain marketing calendars for new drops, influencer moments, and sales
  • Support product quizzes, reviews integration, and homepage refreshes

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4+ years in marketing, content, or DTC e-commerce (beauty/CPG preferred)
  • Experience in TikTok content creation and paid media basics
  • Strong grasp of KPIs, data tools, and content-performance loops
  • Familiar with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, CapCut, Google Sheets
  • Bonus: experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Sora, Nano Banana, Uizard, ElevenLabs, etc.)
  • Organized, self-led, highly creative — and a little bit obsessed with TikTok trends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
