Summary

The Marketing & Social Media Manager leads the planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing initiatives to promote brand growth, increase visibility, and drive customer engagement across multiple platforms. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on creativity, managing both traditional and digital marketing efforts, including social media strategy, branding, advertising, market research, public relations, and content creation. The ideal candidate is a data-driven storyteller with strong leadership, communication, and technical marketing skills who can elevate the company’s presence across online and offline channels

Duties and Responsibilities

− Develops and executes integrated marketing and social media strategies that align with company goals and enhance brand awareness.

− Creates and manages engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to build brand community and engagement.

− Oversees the development and performance of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and ensures ROI-driven targeting and optimization.

− Plans and coordinates company participation in trade shows, community events, and digital campaigns to strengthen market presence.

− Leads branding initiatives to ensure consistent visual identity and messaging across print, web,and social platforms.

− Collaborates with internal teams (Sales, Product, HR, Operations) to support recruitment,

customer retention, and product marketing through creative digital campaigns.

− Manages email marketing, newsletters, and CRM-driven communication to nurture client

relationships and generate qualified leads.

− Utilizes analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to track

performance, interpret insights, and present data-backed recommendations to leadership.

− Oversees content production including video, photography, blog articles, and marketing collateralfor both internal and external use.

− Builds partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and industry organizations to expand reach and credibility.

− Monitors competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies to keep the brand competitive and relevant.

− Manages marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient campaign execution.

− Provides monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports with actionable insights.

− Is required to attend all company events and team engagement activities.

− Supports and develops marketing team members or contractors to achieve departmental

goals.

− Represents the company in local, national, and online communities as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications:

− Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

− 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing and social media management, preferably ina B2B or manufacturing environment, including leadership responsibilities.

− Proven experience developing digital strategies that drive measurable growth in engagement and sales.

− Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid social media campaigns.

− Experience managing marketing budgets, vendors, and external creative partners.

Skills and Abilities

− Strong leadership, collaboration, organizational, and project management skills.

− Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and social media tools (Google Analytics,

Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, etc.).

− Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

− Ability to create, curate, and manage high-quality, brand-aligned content for social

and digital channels.

− Strong project management skills, capable of balancing multiple initiatives with

competing deadlines.

− Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.

− Graphic design and video editing familiarity (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or

similar) preferred.

− Creativity, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

− Fluent in English and Spanish Language (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
