  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning.
  • Oversee branding initiatives by ensuring consistency across all digital channels and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to craft press releases, manage media relationships, and coordinate community events or campaigns.
  • Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign success, optimize content strategies, and improve overall digital marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content creation techniques to enhance online visibility.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong photography and video editing skills to produce high-quality visual content for various platforms.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
  • Ability to build relationships through effective relationship management and social media engagement strategies.
