Marketing & Social Media Manager (Paid and Organic)

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is integral to our marketing efforts and will work closely with Brand Managers and various business units to enhance and optimize our company's and brands' social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce and the digital retail landscape, along with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills in e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Brand Managers and team members to develop and maintain a robust social media strategy.
• Own and manage the publishing calendar for the company’s overall online content.
• Create consistent, meaningful content across all social media platforms, including writing and editing posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
• Foster and enhance social media engagement by actively interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly, and encouraging community interaction.
• Monitor social media channels to identify trends and opportunities for engagement, and implement strategies to increase followers and engagement rates.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of activations and events.
• Utilize existing brand guidelines to create content and visual assets, including social posts, reels, short videos, and photography.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Understand and utilize scheduling tools and community management techniques.
• Demonstrate creativity and a design-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in video shooting and editing.
• Comfortable in front of the camera.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, and Magento.
• Proven experience in increasing social media engagement and building online communities.
