Social Media & Client Communication Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and professional Social Media & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be fluent in English, and be confident in handling client interactions professionally.
This role requires someone who can manage social media posting, respond to client queries, follow up with leads, and support sales communication. Candidates with a real estate background will be preferred, especially those who understand lead handling and client follow-up processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and publish social media posts on different platforms
- Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner
- Respond to inquiries, messages, and comments
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication records
- Support the sales process by coordinating with potential clients
- Assist in building strong client relationships through clear communication
- Work closely with the team to improve engagement and lead conversion
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in handling social media accounts professionally
- Ability to follow up with leads and support sales activities
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- Previous experience in the real estate industry
- Experience working in a sales executive or lead management role
- Understanding of client dealing, lead conversion, and follow-up strategies
