About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing & Social Media Specialist who can take full ownership of our brand’s digital presence. This role blends social media management, content creation, and performance-driven marketing. You’ll plan campaigns, create content that actually engages, manage posting schedules, run paid ads, and deliver reports that guide business growth. *Key Responsibilities*

*Social Media Management:*

Develop and implement a full social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals.

Create engaging and high-quality content: posts, reels, stories, product showcases, lifestyle content.

Maintain and execute a monthly content calendar with consistent posting.

Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms daily.

Monitor trends, viral formats, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.

Handle community management: respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.

*Marketing & Campaigns:*

Create and execute marketing plans and brand campaigns.

Run Meta and Google paid ad campaigns including setup, targeting, optimization, and budget allocation.

Generate creative ideas for seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand campaigns.

Collaborate with the creative/design team to produce compelling visuals and messaging.

Ensure brand identity, tone, and storytelling remain consistent across all channels.

*Analytics & Reporting:*

Track and analyze social and marketing performance (KPIs, ROI, engagement, reach, conversions).

Create clear performance reports with actionable insights.

Suggest improvements and new growth opportunities based on trends.

*Qualifications & Skills:*

Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media management and marketing roles.

Strong content creation skills (photo, video, reels, scripts, captions).

Confident working behind and in front of the camera.

Excellent communication skills; Arabic is a strong plus.

Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools.

Proficiency in content and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategy.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Organized, proactive, and trend-driven with a strong creative mindset.

An Arabic Speaker is an advantage

Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, or retail industries is a bonus.

Someone who can independently manage both creative and performance marketing tasks.
