About the Role:

We’re looking for a female Marketing & Social Media Specialist who brings creativity, marketing expertise, and customer-centric thinking to the team. You will handle both online and offline marketing efforts, manage social media platforms, and help ensure a great customer experience.

_ Key Responsibilities:_

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content in Arabic and English (posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, etc.)
• Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, and promotional videos to showcase our services.
• Develop creative campaigns to promote our brand both online and offline.
• Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Monitor analytics to track engagement, leads, and campaign success.
• Manage online ad campaigns and collaborations (influencers, partnerships, etc.).
• Ensure excellent customer communication and satisfaction through timely responses and positive engagement.
• Participate in traditional marketing activities (events, flyers, giveaways, customer follow-ups, etc.).
• Stay updated with the latest trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

• Female (UAE-based)
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) – English proficiency required
• Hands-on experience with:
• Social media platforms and scheduling tools
• Video editing apps like CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Adobe Express
• Running marketing campaigns (online or offline)
• Creative eye for branding, design, and storytelling
• Experience in customer service, marketing coordination, or communications
• Bonus: Basic photography or design experience
