The business is expanding beyond the spa into several new wellness ventures including a luxury retreat property, a private outdoor bathhouse experience, and hosted retreats.

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy person to help with marketing, content creation, and operations as the business continues to grow.

About the Founder

You will work directly with the founder, Ellen Kogan — entrepreneur, interior designer, and wellness creator.

Ellen built Tranquility Den from the ground up and is currently expanding several new ventures including:

• Villa Viridis – a luxury retreat home in Princeton
• Submersion – a private outdoor bathhouse experience
• Zenanda Retreats – hosted wellness and personal development retreats
• Personal brand and creative content projects

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience helping grow multiple businesses and working closely with an ambitious entrepreneur.

Schedule

Part-time: 3 days per week

Suggested schedule:

• Monday – Remote marketing work (content creation, planning)
• Tuesday & Wednesday – On-site at the spa

There is often downtime at the spa that can be used for marketing work, content creation, and planning projects.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Creation

• Create social media posts, reels, and short videos
• Help capture behind-the-scenes content and storytelling for the brand
• Assist with photo and video shoots at the spa and retreat property
• Manage Instagram and other social media platforms
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Help brainstorm promotions and marketing campaigns
• Update website content and marketing materials
• Track engagement and performance metrics to help improve marketing results
• Help grow multiple wellness brands

Growth & Business Development

• Help promote spa memberships, spa parties, and events
• Assist with launching new wellness experiences
• Research marketing trends, ideas, and tools
• Help develop partnerships with local businesses and wellness professionals
• Help implement systems to improve efficiency

Spa Operations

• Assist with front desk and client interactions when needed
• Help with basic administrative tasks
• Support spa events and spa parties
• Assist the owner with business projects

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

• Very tech-savvy and quick to learn all about AI tools
• Creative and comfortable with social media content
• Organized and proactive
• Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented
• Comfortable working in a small business environment
• Positive, energetic, and interested in wellness
• Comfortable appearing in social media content

You enjoy creating beautiful content and helping tell the story of a brand.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Canva or design experience
• Basic website editing (Squarespace or similar)
• Photography or video editing
• Marketing or business background

Compensation

Salary range: $36,000 – $40,000 annually (part-time, 3 days per week)
