Marketing Specialist

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

CTC: 22k- 30k per month

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern to support social media, digital campaigns, content creation, and villa onboarding initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, collaborate across teams, and contribute to building a strong brand presence in the luxury travel and hospitality space.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and curate engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments, and engage with the audience to strengthen online presence.
• Support and execute digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, online advertising, and SEO initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
• Assist in onboarding new villas by gathering property information, images, and content for listings.
• Contribute to content creation for blogs, newsletters, website updates, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the design team to support development of marketing materials and ensure visual consistency.
• Analyze marketing metrics, prepare reports, and share insights with the team.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and current digital trends.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO and email marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Passion for travel and hospitality is highly desirable.
