Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that will increase our brand visibility and help us connect with families in need of ABA services. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and has a strong understanding of digital marketing, community outreach, and the healthcare industry (ABA field), particularly in pediatric or special needs services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for our website, social media channels, email newsletters, and blogs to educate families about ABA therapy and our services.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • SEO & Website Management: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage social media calendars, monitor engagement, and build a strong online community to foster trust and engagement with parents.
  • Brand Development: Maintain and enhance our brand voice and presence, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Community Outreach: Partner with local pediatricians, schools, and community organizations to build awareness and develop referral networks.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM software, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team to understand our services and patient needs, and align marketing efforts accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, pediatrics, or ABA services.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about helping children with autism and their families.
