Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join the OMG team. This role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support customer engagement. The ideal candidate has a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign management.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, email, events).
• Create, edit, and manage content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Support the execution of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
• Monitor, track, and report on marketing performance metrics (ROI, engagement, lead generation).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
• Assist in the coordination of events, trade shows, webinars, and sponsorships.
• Manage and update CRM and marketing automation tools.

Skills & Specifications:

• Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot/Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
