We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence in the U.S. market for BMP Doors USA and our sister companies. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with creative instincts and excellent organizational skills, comfortable handling everything from digital content and campaign execution to social media management, literature development and updates, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain content for the websites, newsletters, marketing materials, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Support event planning, trade shows, giveaways, and inventory management.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and materials.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, and events, tracking performance and recommending improvements.
  • Collaborate with all departments and business entities to support marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with CRM, lead tracking, basic design, website and CRM updates, and SEO.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to support strategy development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and edit content for multiple channels and audiences.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM platforms, email marketing, social media management, sales enablement tools (e.g., Allego), and graphic/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, digital advertising, A/B testing, analytics, and campaign reporting.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Analytical and data-driven, able to track performance metrics and produce actionable insights.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally, with a self-motivated and resourceful mindset.
  • Willingness to assist with event and meeting coordination, including occasional travel and after-hours availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
