Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven In-House Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our residential renovation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the sales team through effective marketing campaigns and content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to residential renovation services.

- Manage and update the company’s website, social media platforms, and online listings.

- Create engaging content, including blogs, project portfolios, and promotional materials.

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, email marketing, and SEO strategies.

- Coordinate with sales and project teams to showcase completed projects and gather customer testimonials.

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.

- Organize events, promotions, and community engagement initiatives to boost local presence.

- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email marketing).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content.

- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

- Knowledge of local markets and customer behavior is a plus.

- Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
