How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Work on a mission that changes lives: Help share stories and resources that inspire and empower families navigating autism and developmental challenges.
  • Amplify our voice: Support digital campaigns, create engaging social media content, and manage updates to our website.
  • Bring ideas to life: Help design and distribute flyers, newsletters, and videos that highlight our services and successes.
  • Support community engagement: Assist with events, open houses, and job fairs to connect with families, caregivers, and potential team members.
  • Learn and grow: Work closely with senior marketing staff to sharpen your skills in analytics, design, and campaign management.

What You’ll Own & Elevate

  • Draft and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Support seamless website performance by managing updates, testing usability, and resolving issues.
  • Assist in creating and editing content for blogs, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement and reach.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operations, and HR teams to showcase success stories and support recruiting efforts.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, OR equivalent internship/entry-level experience.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
  • Comfort with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) and basic skills in updating, testing, and maintaining site functionality.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) are a plus.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to grow your marketing toolkit.
