Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time (remote). The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing our marketing plan, managing social media presence, and driving customer acquisition. You’ll take ownership of our brand voice across channels, grow our online audience, and generate leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive marketing plan to support growth and visibility.
• Manage and grow our social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) with regular posts, stories, and reels.
• Plan and execute campaigns to increase awareness and attract new customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitors.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with lead generation goals.
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong skills in content creation, branding, and online community building.
• Ability to design and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
• Knowledge of sales funnels and lead generation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English is a must.
