We have an opportunity to build on a stronger position in a dynamic market and we are currently expanding our marketing and sales teams to develop and execute our growth strategies. Our marketing capabilities have expanded, but we are looking for an individual to improve and expand our marketing programs.

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team! This is a full-time, exempt position located in Lancaster, PA. Hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM; Friday, 7:45 AM – 3:30 PM.

As our marketing specialist you will be responsible for developing, refining, and executing digital marketing programs across our brands. In addition, you will manage multiple websites, social media accounts and marketing automation email. This role will also require assistance in marketing field events and trade shows. Lastly, this role is required to drive improvement in our marketing performance by leveraging a variety of marketing analytics to increase our performance along stated objectives.

The successful candidate will have experience in social media, email and basic website management. The curiosity and knowledge to run experiments and tests to explore ways of improving results. Experience using marketing automation email platforms, social media advertising, website development in WordPress, and Google Analytics. Ability to manage content creation by leveraging internal subject matter experts. Fortitude to operate in a developing organization and lead in the identification and creation of processes. Energy and communication skills to share wins and learnings with the rest of the organization.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Manage Constant Contact email platform and contact lists
• Lead the creation of email and social media content
• Engage and leverage customers on social media channels and manage brand reputation
• Manage web agencies, adjust our website as necessary, and plan and execute broader website improvements
• Develop, create and present dashboards for marketing and campaign metrics
• Champion marketing campaigns through collaboration and communication with all departments

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
• 2-8 years of experience in digital marketing. Exposure to field events and trade shows ideal.
• Experience targeting plumbing contractors and/or consulting engineers. HVAC industry experience is ideal.
• In depth experience using marketing automation, social media channels and advertising, website software, SEO analysis, analytics software. Constant Contact, WordPress, Google Analytics ideal.

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet and professional.
